Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
