Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other HR tools.
