Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline recruitment processes
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive hiring practices
- Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations in Indonesia
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure top candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience recruiting for hospitality, tourism, or related industries is a plus
