Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
