As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for mid-to-senior level positions.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and business objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment workflows and improve hiring efficiency.
- Enhance employer branding through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging hiring journey.
- Collaborate with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with company culture and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully filling complex roles in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and HR technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employer branding and talent pipeline development.
- Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
