As the Group HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, ensuring alignment with our business goals, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your leadership will drive talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational growth across our regional offices.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives across multiple countries.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in each region.
- Drive HR digital transformation and implement best practices in HR technology.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage regional HR budgets and optimize HR operations for efficiency.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing HR operations across multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the beauty, retail, or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead remote teams effectively.
