Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for all employees.
- Oversee employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of HR records.
- Handle work pass and visa applications, ensuring compliance with local immigration laws and company policies.
- Coordinate office administration tasks, including facility management, vendor relations, and procurement of HR-related supplies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance retention.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and analytics to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or employee administration, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, work pass regulations, and payroll systems.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
