Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Lead HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to address HR challenges and drive organizational growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
