Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar and direct labor positions in the manufacturing sector.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Implement onboarding and retention strategies to ensure employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
