Responsibility
- Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles, conducting initial assessments to determine fit and potential.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche or hard-to-find talent.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline health.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent markets.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related HR function, with a track record of success in identifying high-quality candidates.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and ethical recruitment standards.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
