Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for US-based healthcare roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Utilize ATS and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and talent market dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet hiring targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a US Recruiter with a focus on healthcare staffing.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare recruitment regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
