Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with company policies and industry benchmarks.
- Conduct salary surveys and market analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Talent Acquisition, Management) to design incentive programs and performance-based rewards.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local labor laws, and timely disbursements.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership on compensation trends, budget impacts, and retention strategies.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and internal HR policies related to compensation.
- Support HR business partners in addressing employee queries related to salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits (preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations pertaining to employee compensation.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Excel (advanced skills in data analysis and reporting).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret compensation data, market trends, and financial impacts.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or local equivalents) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
