Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for roles across Bali.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints).
- Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on hiring metrics.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including crafting engaging job descriptions and promoting Bacha Coffee as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and local labor market dynamics in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using job boards (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glints) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Passion for people and a genuine interest in helping candidates find their ideal roles.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or on-site capacity from Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
