Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end HR shared services operations for the APAC region, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Streamline HR processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to standardize processes and improve cross-border HR operations.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions to automate and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR shared services, operations, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in process improvement and HR service delivery optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
