Responsibility
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management.
- Conduct high-volume candidate screening, including resume reviews, initial interviews, and skills assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requisitions and align candidate profiles with client needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to track candidate progress and generate reports.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams, maintaining transparent communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients professionally.
- Familiarity with ATS software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring best practices, and diversity & inclusion principles.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
