job description

Join Pride Global as a Healthcare Onboarding & Compliance Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, compliant onboarding of healthcare professionals. In this dynamic position, you will oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle, from credential verification to regulatory compliance, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Based in the vibrant and culturally rich regions of Bali, Indonesia, this role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely in a tropical paradise while contributing to a global healthcare workforce. Your expertise will help streamline processes, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to local and international healthcare regulations.

If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance and a background in healthcare or HR, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for healthcare professionals, ensuring all documentation and credentials are verified and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and checklists to align with local, national, and international healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and operations, to streamline onboarding workflows and reduce processing time.
  • Conduct regular audits of onboarding records to identify gaps, risks, or non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and new hires on compliance requirements, best practices, and company policies.
  • Monitor changes in healthcare compliance laws and update internal processes to ensure ongoing adherence.
  • Utilize HRIS or compliance software to track onboarding progress, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from employees, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or healthcare compliance) are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR onboarding, compliance, or healthcare administration, with a focus on regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, or local equivalents) and onboarding best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and advise stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, or compliance management software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar tools).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a bonus.
