Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timekeeping records and ensuring timely submission of required documents.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing confidential and professional guidance on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions aligned with business goals.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HRIS or recruitment software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
