Responsibility
- Design and implement organizational structures that optimize efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and execute competency frameworks to align skills with business goals.
- Lead performance management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Create and oversee employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs and deliver impactful learning & development (L&D) initiatives.
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform strategic HR decisions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, HR business partnering, or talent management.
- Proven track record in designing competency models, performance management systems, and L&D programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
