Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis (TNA) across all departments to identify critical skill gaps.
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding programs, and leadership training sessions for diverse teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement performance management frameworks that drive individual and organizational growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and employee feedback, refining content for maximum impact.
  • Manage end-to-end training logistics, including budget management and vendor coordination.
  • Act as an HR business partner, providing coaching to managers on talent retention and engagement strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in HR and L&D to introduce innovative digital learning solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in HR, with a strong focus on L&D or talent development.
  • Proven track record in facilitating corporate training sessions and designing professional development curricula.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development theories.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and learning management systems (LMS) is highly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
