Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee growth.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and support career development.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and culture development.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
