Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across Bali.
- Oversee HR administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Ensure seamless HR operations, from payroll coordination to benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in Bali or a multicultural environment is a plus.
