Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the BPO industry.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
