Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, communications, and administrative tasks for US-based home health leadership.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, for healthcare roles.
- Coordinate HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with US labor laws.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies tailored to remote and hybrid work environments.
- Assist in organizing virtual and in-person meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and hiring efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security for sensitive healthcare and employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or executive assistance, preferably in healthcare.
