Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified expatriate academic staff, leveraging global job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations for international hires.
- Coordinate visa and work permit applications, ensuring compliance with Indonesian immigration laws and company policies.
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for expatriate employees, facilitating smooth cultural and professional integration.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on high-demand academic roles.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on global education trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Provide data-driven insights on recruitment metrics, time-to-hire, and candidate experience to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years specializing in expatriate or international recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring academic professionals or educators for global institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and work permit processes for foreign nationals.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
