Responsibility
- Develop and execute organization-wide development strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and cultural alignment.
- Lead change management initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or digital transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Design and deploy leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential talent and succession pipelines.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics (e.g., engagement surveys, gap analyses) and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize workforce planning, job design, and competency frameworks.
- Drive employee experience enhancements through culture-building, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives, and well-being programs.
- Measure and report on OD KPIs (e.g., retention rates, productivity metrics, training ROI) to demonstrate impact.
- Stay ahead of HR tech and OD trends, recommending tools (e.g., LMS, performance platforms) to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR/OD experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., OD Manager, HR Business Partner).
- Proven success in designing and implementing OD interventions in multinational or fast-growing organizations.
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Model).
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) or OD (e.g., Prosci, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite and cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Tableau) and qualitative research.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous but not required.
