Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies across all HR and administrative functions.
- Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
