Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure competitive advantage.
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members to foster a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment and building diverse talent pipelines.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
