Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all levels, including executive search
- Design and manage performance management systems and employee development programs
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive packages
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices
- Lead organizational development initiatives and change management processes
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable
- Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage remote teams
