Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Provide expert advice on HR-related legal matters and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare and present reports on HR governance and employee relations metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR governance, employee relations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR governance, employee relations, and applicable legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in conducting HR audits and preparing compliance reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
