Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance Erajayaâs Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and attract high-caliber talent.
- Design, implement, and manage employer branding campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and recruitment metrics to refine talent acquisition strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional networks, and industry associations to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Create compelling content, including job descriptions, employer branding materials, and employee testimonials, to showcase Erajayaâs culture and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and employer branding, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting equitable hiring practices and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding strategies that drive talent attraction and engagement.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools to track and optimize hiring processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
