Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Hilton’s global standards and local business needs.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and Hilton’s HR policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
