Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of job postings and employment advertisements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Participate in onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for connecting with people and a genuine interest in talent acquisition.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
