Responsibility
- Develop and implement end-to-end direct labor recruitment strategies tailored to manufacturing roles, including production operators, technicians, and supervisors.
- Partner with HR and operations leaders to forecast hiring needs and create actionable workforce plans.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, employer branding, and community engagement (e.g., local vocational schools, job fairs).
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Streamline onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into production teams.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., cost-per-hire, retention rates, diversity metrics) to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of labor market trends and competitive intelligence to refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in manufacturing or industrial hiring.
- Proven track record of high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing roles (e.g., assembly, quality control, machine operation) and their skill requirements.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to align with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or on-site model in Badung, Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
