Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, system access, and orientation scheduling.
- Liaise with HR, hiring managers, and IT teams to ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome kits, company policies, and role-specific training resources.
- Conduct virtual or in-person onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, values, and expectations.
- Track onboarding progress and resolve any delays or issues to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and documentation in compliance with company and legal standards.
- Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks, such as background checks, reference verifications, and employment contract preparations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles, with a focus on onboarding preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new hires and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or onboarding software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a temporary, fast-paced role.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
