Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse, dispatch, and blue-collar roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Conduct job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize ATS and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in logistics or operations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment software.
- Experience with high-volume hiring and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the East Coast job market is a plus.
