Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs to upskill employees, enhance performance, and support career growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design tailored development plans.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including employee records, contracts, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and management to foster continuous improvement.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to track recruitment efficiency, training effectiveness, and overall HR performance.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and L&D.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or e-learning modules.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
