Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end mass hiring campaigns, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Leverage data-driven strategies to optimize recruitment channels, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality.
- Coordinate with external vendors, job platforms, and recruitment agencies to maximize outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in fintech, banking, or tech industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and hiring practices.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
