This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and people-focused professional passionate about transforming HR into a strategic business partner.

Responsibility

  • Design and refine organizational structures to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and update job descriptions, role responsibilities, and competency frameworks to align with business goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and propose strategic solutions for recruitment, retention, and development.
  • Implement HR analytics and reporting to track key metrics (e.g., turnover, productivity, engagement) and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and career progression pathways.
  • Collaborate with L&D teams to design training programs that upskill employees and future-proof the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or HCBP role.
  • Proven expertise in manpower planning, organizational design, and job analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience working in multinational or fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
