As a key member of our HR team, you will conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities, ensuring our workforce remains competitive and engaged. Responsibility
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for employees at all levels, including leadership development.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to enhance employee competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback, adjusting programs as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs support operational and strategic objectives.
- Mentor and coach high-potential employees to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI and impact.
- Passion for talent development and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
