Responsibility
- Develop and design engaging digital learning content, including videos, interactive modules, and presentations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
- Manage and update the learning management system (LMS) to ensure content is current and accessible.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements.
- Create and maintain a content calendar for learning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work closely with the HR team to align learning content with company goals and values.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital learning and e-learning technologies.
- Provide support and training to staff on how to use digital learning tools effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating digital learning content, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and their functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging learning materials.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
