Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local regulations.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Maintain and update HR databases, including attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives and improve employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
