Responsibility
- Develop and execute talent attraction strategies to source high-quality candidates for healthcare and corporate roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
- Leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Enhance employer branding through compelling content and engagement initiatives.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for mid-to-senior-level positions.
- Strong familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and work permit processes is a plus.
