Responsibility
- Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Contribute to employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Help develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and feedback surveys.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Participate in HR projects focused on improving workplace culture, diversity, and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, internships, or relevant coursework (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn with a growth mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
