Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and local labor regulations
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of dental professionals and support staff
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and healthcare industry regulations
- Manage HR information systems and maintain accurate employee records
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in healthcare or dental industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee relations
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
