Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for social media, career pages, and campus events.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback to the HR team.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, campus visits, and other talent acquisition events.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate databases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote SPH as an employer of choice.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall talent acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employer branding strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
