Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with licensing, permits, and regulatory requirements for local and international employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in employee records management and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements (preferred).
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
