Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and local labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable packages for all employees.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks and promoting ethical practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
