Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
