Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Design and coordinate virtual and in-person team-building activities, workshops, and events tailored to a remote workforce.
  • Implement recognition and reward programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to address workplace challenges and foster a culture of open communication.
  • Create and distribute engaging internal communications (newsletters, announcements, etc.) to keep employees informed and connected.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and present data-driven insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure a welcoming and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development roles.
  • Strong project management and event planning skills, with a track record of successful program execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling abilities to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in HR software, survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for workplace culture and employee well-being.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital engagement strategies is a plus.
