Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
- Design and coordinate virtual and in-person team-building activities, workshops, and events tailored to a remote workforce.
- Implement recognition and reward programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address workplace challenges and foster a culture of open communication.
- Create and distribute engaging internal communications (newsletters, announcements, etc.) to keep employees informed and connected.
- Analyze engagement metrics and present data-driven insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure a welcoming and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development roles.
- Strong project management and event planning skills, with a track record of successful program execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling abilities to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in HR software, survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Creative thinker with a passion for workplace culture and employee well-being.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital engagement strategies is a plus.
