Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse roles across industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive insights.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements.
- Leverage social media and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
